DONT SEE DR. Slowey unless you like being talked over and not feeling heard or seen. I've seen him twice by myself and typically stuggle at communicating my concerns to doctors. Both visits I felt like I was bulldozed over and didnt feel heard at all. I decided to bring my girlfriend in with me today for an appointment to help me communicate better. The whole time Dr. Slowey didnt take her seriously at all, talked over her, and mansplained. She was there to help me!! He didn't help me with any of my concerns on any of those visits including today. I feel even more deterred to see a doctor than ever. The only thing that made up for our bad experience was my MA Chelsea, she was way more helpful and knowledgeable than he is. The rest of there staff is fantastic, my girlfriend she's Dr. Bender and we love her!
The admin staff and Healthcare team are all very personable and kind. Minimal waiting times upon arrival. Long wait to schedule an appointment. I value the additional services in house, such as behavioral health. ***Access is not on Mollala Ave. You have to drive around the block.
I have never received such terrible experiences at the doctor's. This clinic has no urgency to help people. They are lazy, and have continuously made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient! The doctors constantly changing some will work at the clinic for like 3 months and then be out of the clinic for 3 months. There's zero consistency, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone
